Event Setup Information

No driving on the grass or sidewalks. Handcarts are highly recommended
Setup begins at 10:00 AM on June 20th
All vendors must be fully set up no later than 2:00 PM
Breakdown begins after 8:00 PM
Registration closes on June 10th, 2026
No electrical power will be available
Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, and chairs
